Independence Day Celebration at Indorama Public School, Jagdishpur

Indorama Public School, Jagdishpur, celebrated the 80th Independence Day of India on 15 August 2026 with great patriotic fervour, enthusiasm and pride. The celebration was led by Dr. R. K. Dwivedi, Principal, whose inspiring presence set the tone for a memorable occasion.

The programme commenced with the hoisting of the National Flag, followed by the National Anthem, filling the school campus with a profound sense of patriotism and unity. Students presented a vibrant array of patriotic songs, speeches, cultural performances and thought-provoking presentations, reflecting the sacrifices of our freedom fighters and the values of freedom, responsibility and national unity.

Addressing the gathering, Dr. Dwivedi urged students to honour the legacy of the freedom fighters by becoming responsible, disciplined and compassionate citizens and contributing meaningfully to the progress of the nation. Dr. Dwivedi handed over the token of honour and love to Mr. Suresh Shukla, Lab Assistant-Chemistry Department  who is going to retire on 31 Aug 2026 after a long service of 37 years.

The celebration concluded with a renewed pledge to uphold the ideals of freedom, unity, integrity and service to the nation, leaving everyone inspired with the spirit of “Nation First.”
